My name is Forres L. Meadows and I am proud to be a Native Texan and your Republican elected Kendall County Constable, Precinct 3.  I have had the great honor to be your Constable for the last nine years. I was elected to fulfill an un-expired term in 1998, won re-election in 2000 and in 2004 and I am now seeking your support for re-election in 2008 for Kendall County Constable, Precinct 3.
I am dedicated to serving you, and this historic position, with professionalism & respect. I am also the only candidate with extensive training specializing in civil process.
 
Constables are constitutionally authorized peace officers primarily charged with:
1. The execution of civil process, and
2. Providing security for the Justice Courts (in Precinct 3, this is the Court of the Honorable Judge Debby Hudson, Justice Of The Peace).
 
As your Constable and with your support, I pledge to continue to provide:
  • Professionalism
  • Experience with the complexities/details of civil process
  • Appropriate & lawful service of civil & criminal papers
  • Adaptability & modernization to accommodate the growing needs of our county & precinct
